I encourage everyone to get pre-qualified before you start shopping around for your new home. You need to be comfortable with your payment.  You may qualify for much more than you want to spend.  On the other hand, if you have found your credit scores are not what you need to make a purchase right away, I can also guide you to someone who is willing to sit down with you and develop a plan. 

When selecting a Lender it is always good to shop around.  What one company can offer, another may not.
